We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, stains, pet hair or other signs of wear

Approved returns are issued as kismet + sage store credit only.  We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? If the item you’d like is still available, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Because we carry limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will remain available while an exchange is in transit.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, your eligible return will be issued as store credit.

FINAL SALE

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If you choose to purchase your own return label rather than requesting one from us, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Please include your full name and order number inside your package so we can identify and process your return.  If your return is missing this information, it may cause a delay in processing.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued electronically.

Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery to our return address for your return to be inspected and processed.

Items returned outside of our policy or received in worn, washed, damaged or otherwise ineligible condition may be refused.

kismet + sage is an independent boutique with intentionally limited inventory. Our styles move quickly and many are not restocked, so our 14-day return window allows us to make eligible pieces available again while they’re still current.
