  • What is your return + exchange policy?

    We’re happy to offer a return or exchange for online store credit on pieces that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    Each item must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, stains, or pet hair.

    Because our inventory moves quickly and quantities are limited, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

    kismet + sage issues store credit rather than refunds to keep our collections curated, intentional, and available in small-batch runs.

    Original shipping fees (if incurred) are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


    TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    You must initiate your return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered (per tracking).

    Your item(s) must be shipped back to kismet + sage within those same 14 days.

    Please understand that we’re a small, curated boutique. Not a big-box retailer.


    Every piece at kismet + sage is selected intentionally, in limited quantities, and our inventory refreshes quickly.
    Because we bring in new styles weekly (often daily), our product turnaround is fast.


    To keep our collections fresh and to ensure we can continue offering new, high-quality pieces in small,
    intentional runs — we offer a 14-day return window. This helps ensures that we can maintain fair pricing,
    manage limited stock, and keep our offerings truly curated.


    We appreciate your understanding and support of a small, women-run business doing things thoughtfully, not mass-produced.

    MAILING A RETURN BACK ON YOUR OWN?

    You may ship your return back to us using any courier you choose should you not email us for a return label. 

    All returns should be shipped to:

    You must include your full name, contact information and order number inside your package.

    If your return is missing this information, it may cause a delay in processing.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    STANDARD ORDERS

    Once an order is placed with kismet + sage, it will be processed within 2 business days.

    Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. We ship Monday - Friday, 52 weeks out of the year.



    Orders over $125 qualify for FREE economy shipping! Yay!!!

    Economy shipping may take anywhere from 5-12 shipping days depending on your location and the carrier.

    Expedited order over $125 don't ship for free.

    Orders over $125 requiring expedited shipping incur additional fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout if selected.
    Expedited orders over $125 don't ship for free.

    kismet + sage strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

    Please Note: Processing delays may occur during major holiday's like Christmas.
    Delays may occur during sale promotions and events such as Black Friday.
    In the event of inclement weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, shipping delays may occur.
    Shipping delays may also occur if there is inclement weather in your area.
    You will be notified via the email address you provided at checkout if there is a delay in shipping due to weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.


    OVERNIGHT + EXPEDITED ORDERS

    Orders must be placed by 11:00 am CST to ensure shipment the same business day.
    Orders placed after 11:00 am CST will be shipped the next business day.
    Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.
    Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    At this time, we cannot offer expedited or overnight deliveries to PO Boxes.

    All standard, expedited, or overnight shipping costs will be non-refundable.


    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout.

    If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact kismet + sage as soon as possible so we can try to update our system
    .
    We do understand that mistakes are made and we will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

    Please Note: In the event that you've entered an incorrect shipping address or your package is deemed undeliverable,
    the package will be returned to us. Unfortunately, carriers can take up to 2 months for items to be sent back to the originating location.
    Should you wish to have item(s) resent to you, you will be responsible for the cost of resending the new package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee.


    CARRIER DELAYS


    Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, kismet + sage is not responsible for shipping delays, including but not limited to:

    Inclement weather

    Carrier staffing shortages

    Union strikes or labor disruptions

    Misrouting or logistical errors by the carrier

    Customs or import delays (if applicable)

    Seasonal surges (holidays, major sale periods)

    “In transit” or “arriving late” scans

    Delivery attempts marked as failed


    We don’t have control over the carrier’s operations, but we’re always happy
    to help point you in the right direction or provide tracking details so you can follow up with the carrier directly.

  • What is your discount policy?

    Discount codes cannot be applied to sale, clearance, or FINAL SALE items.

    We know everyone loves a good deal (same, babe), but stacking multiple discounts on top of already-reduced prices just isn’t sustainable for a small boutique.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Absolutely.

    kismet + sage offers digital gift cards that are delivered almost instantly to your recipient’s inbox.

    They are perfect for last-minute gifting or when you want them to choose their own magic.

  • What is your address / Do you have a brick + mortar location?

    We absolutely love that you want to shop with us in person!

    However, we don't have a physical location yet. It's absolutely part of the vision.
    While having a physical storefront has always been one of Lindsay’s dreams
    for kismet + sage, we currently operate online only.

    The address provided for returns and exchanges is for shipping + administrative purposes only.
    It is not a public or retail space.

    Your support truly brings us closer to opening the doors of a future kismet + sage boutique,
    and we can’t wait for the day we welcome you in person.
