What is your return policy?
We’re happy to offer a return or exchange on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their new original condition with tags still attached. No exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must:
- Request it within 14 days of your order being delivered to your address (based on tracking info), and
- Ship the item(s) back to kismet + sage within those 14 days.
If we receive your return within the 14-day window, we’ll issue a refund (minus the original shipping and return shipping costs) to the original payment method.
Returns received after 14 days (but within 30 days) will be issued as store credit, minus shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept any returns or exchanges on items received more than 30 days after delivery.

What is your shipping policy?
Standard Orders: Once an order is placed with kismet + sage, it will be processed within 2 business days. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. We ship Monday - Friday, 52 weeks out of the year.
kismet + sage strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Please Note: Processing delays may occur during major holiday's like Christmas. Delays may occur during sale promotions and events such as Black Friday. In the event of inclement weather in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, shipping delays may occur. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping due to weather.Overnight & Expedited Orders: Orders must be placed by 11:00 am CST to ensure shipment the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. At this time, we cannot offer expedited or overnight deliveries to PO Boxes.
All standard, expedited, or overnight shipping costs will be non-refundable.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout. If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact kismet + sage as soon as possible so we can try to update our system. We do understand that mistakes are made and we will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Please Note: In the event that you've entered an incorrect shipping address or your package is deemed undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. Unfortunately, carriers can take up to 2 months for items to be sent back to the originating location. Should you wish to have item(s) resent to you, you will be responsible for the cost of resending the new package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee.
Carrier Delays:
kismet + sage is not responsible for unforeseeable delays incurred once the item(s) have been handed off to the carrier.

What is your discount code policy?
Discount codes are not valid on sale, clearance items, and final sale items.
As much as everyone would love you to have a massive discount, we don't allow multiple discount codes to be used on a transaction.

Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely. We offer gift cards that can be sent almost instantly to the desired recipient.

Do you have a brick + mortar location?
Though this has always been a dream of Lindsay's -- at this time, we don't have a store front that is open to the public.
The address you see listed for returns/exchanges is not a physical location to shop in person.
